Infos about chocolate creativity classes:
The " Creativity exploration classes" are perfectly suited for a group of people up to 30 pax (or more - depending on the location).
There is no prior work experience with chocolate required and anyone interested is welcomed. It also fits perfectly for any Corporate event where colleagues and Managers are spending some time together in order to create a unique artwork. There is no right or wrong and every participants will have the same final excitement with their very own artwork.

Chocolate: For the shown carving classes 1- 2 kg (2.2 - 4.4 lbs) chocolate blocks were used
Materials: Equipment can be provided
Students: From 12 to 100 pax
Location: anywhere, globally at schools, gastronomy kitchens, companies (office) meeting rooms etc. Virtual classes are also possible!
Online classes: "2 chocolate bars sculptures": Chocolate bars will be sent in advance to the participants per mail and then on the event day a virtual online experience will be set-up via "Zoom" by Gerhard and shared with the participants. Each participant works in their own private space but is connected via Video-Live session and instructor Gerhard Petzl. Please ask for for more info via gp@gerhardpetzl.com.
Corporate team-building event: 1-hour Online-session: "Two-bars" chocolate sculpture
A completely new chocolate bar experience!

Very motivated group!
Chocolate carving classes for mostly professional Pastry Chefs, Chocolatiers, cooks or apprentices who wanted to find out more about the craftsmanship of "carving" chocolate. With this very delicate shape of having mostly cubistic elements embedded in it, it wasn't an easy task but at the end of the day, they were all happy to see those great results. Well done team!
